The Maintenance Manager®

Workorder Processing

The Maintenance Manager® lets you create workorders, evaluate, add priorities to each one, and add notes that can include the materials needed. You can assign the workorder to employees, list inventory in stock, or order parts that will be needed.

With Workorder Scheduling you can assign each employee their daily work schedule. Each employee can track the hours they worked on each workorder and request additional work hours or additional workorders for the next day.

Workorder Reports offers many options. Reports can be viewed or printed, they can be sorted in a variety of ways. Sort by priority, location, craft, date range, or any combination of options on the same report. (Example: sort by location, craft, and priority or you can sort by craft and priority or by just one option). Reports can also be created for average age reports, financial costs, and closed workorder reports with the same sorting options. You can also determine the cost of maintaining a piece of equipment. This report can help you determine if a piece of equipment should be retired or replaced.
