Preventative Maintenance
The Maintenance Manager® lets you create preventative maintenance task for each piece of equipment in your facility, add notes, that can include the materials required to complete the task and assign frequencies to each task. By assigning PM a task to each piece of equipment or multiple tasks to each piece, you can track the manufacturers required service, and track maintenance cost.
The weekly scheduler creates a list of preventative task that are sorted by crafts, locations, and equipment. This list can be printed and distributed to your employees that go to each location and perform the tasks that are due for that craft.
